The Chesapeake Skating School at Columbia Ice Rink was founded in 1994 by national and international coach Denise Cahill. Offering Learn to Skate,Theatre on Ice and private coaching, the school provides instruction for all ages and levels. The Chesapeake Skating School has taught in the Columbia community for more than 20 years, producing students who compete both nationally and internationally, as well as a world champion theatre on ice team.
